Orders and Shipping

Standard delivery time is 7-10days.

Mail or Call us to change your order information. Please note that after your order is shipped you cannot change any details on your order.

Enter your registered e-mail ID.

Instructions to reset the password will be sent to your registered email.

Request for cancellation of confirmed order should be made within 2 hours of placing the Orders. All the orders dispatched are in accordance with the customer requirements. Hence it becomes challenging for us to cancel them. In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those Products, and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business Days.

If you have made an Online Payment the refund is made to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking account.

For other forms of Payment like Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer we make the refund to your Bank Account.

Your details which we require for refund process are Account Holder’s Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, IFSC Code. Refund of your amount would take 7-10 business days from the date of refund initiation and as per the transaction type.

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across world.

To change your shipping address, go to your account section and change your shipping address. Or you can contact our customer care service to change your shipping address.

 

We accept Online Payments by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking, Cash on Delivery, and Bank Transfer.

If you choose Bank Transfer as the Payment Options, Please call us on +91 9162637599  and confirm the same or send us an email on support@plantlo.com with the payment details.

No, items come depending on the seller’s location. If it’s 1 item then it will come in one package if it’s more than 1 item maybe it’ll come in more than 1 package.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, immediately contact the seller or customer service to correct it. If the order hasn’t shipped, you may be able to update the address or cancel and reorder. If the order has shipped, contact the shipping carrier to reroute the package. If it’s delivered to the wrong address, notify the recipient or file a claim for a refund or replacement. Act quickly for the best chance of resolving the issue.
