At PlantLo, we take great care in delivering healthy, thriving plants directly from our farms to your doorstep.
However, since live plants are sensitive, they may occasionally show minor signs of transit stress — such as slight drooping or yellowing of leaves. Don’t worry — with proper care, your plant will recover quickly and continue to flourish in its new environment.
Natural variations in size, color, and shape are normal and reflect each plant’s unique growth journey. These variations do not affect plant quality or health.

14-Day Replacement / Refund (if Damaged)
1. Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement will be issued if:

The plant/product is damaged or not in usable condition upon arrival.

The wrong item was delivered.
2. How to Request a Replacement

3. Replacement Process

Minor transit stress (e.g., slight drooping or yellowing) is not considered damage.

Missing Item in Order
We sometimes ship orders in multiple consignments for safe delivery.
